Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, the return request may be declined after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
Customized or limited edition items
Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
Exchange Policy
We allow one size exchange per order, subject to availability of the requested size.
If the requested size is unavailable, customers may opt for refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The refund process may take 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
